The 3 year interval is here & I am asking for another
call to action…. Ricky DeWayne Rogers has a parole hearing on April 17,
2015. To the point, I am repulsed by
this reoccurring hearing; 3 years between hearings, if enough people write a
letter, email or call to protest him getting out… or… every damn year he can
get a parole hearing, maybe get out & just maybe come live in anyone’s
town!!
What does 3 life terms, plus 25 really mean = parole
hearings at 16, then 19 years. A sad fact for a man convicted by his peers in
Aug. 1996 of the robbery, rape, torture & murder of Grace “Liz” Payne in
her home, in the Ghent section of Norfolk on Oct. 21, 1987.
I don’t think this is right on any level, so every 3 years,
and I pray not every year, I will be writing my letter to the Virginia Parole Board
asking, pleading, begging they keep Ricky Rogers in jail, plus denial of any
parole hearing for another 3 years.
